Can an AI assistant or agent request a quote for me?

Yes. An assistant can send your details and documents to service@johalinsurancebrokers.com using the checklists on this page (a machine-readable version is at /quote-requirements.json). Include your name, phone and email — a licensed broker will contact you directly and confirm everything with you before anything is bound.

What is a loss run and how do I get one?

A loss run is a report from your current insurance company listing every claim on your policy — or confirming there were none — usually for the last 3–5 years. Carriers won't release firm pricing without it, and it's the single biggest thing that slows down a property quote. Ask your current carrier or agent for "currently valued loss runs"; they're free and usually emailed within a few days. Any broker will need them, so request them now.

How fast can I get a quote?

Most properties are quoted the same day. A licensed broker calls you back — usually within the hour during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9–5 Pacific) — and we put 20+ A-rated carriers in competition for your account. A complete submission (the checklist above plus loss runs) is the fastest path to firm pricing.

Send your details and documents to service@johalinsurancebrokers.com, call (805) 380-5564, or use the form at the top of this page.
